Sports Physicals
Please come out to get your physical exam before the season starts! (Incoming freshmen do not need a sports physical.) School physical exams will be accepted in place of the sports physical for incoming freshmen only.

WHEN:  MAY 29TH, 2008

TIME:  12PM-4PM

COST:  $25 CASH ONLY

Permission: Parents must either be present or sign the physical forms (also known as the "IHSA Preparticipation Examination" form) before May 29, 2008. Click here for the form.
